DJ Joe DC & Delusional Rhythm

My DJ name is Joe DC and I play a variety of music from the Drum and Bass "spectrum". I got my first pair of decks 25 years ago and have had a lot of DJ influences during this time but none more so than LTJ Bukem. My love of his Intelligent lables saw me become an avid collector of everything associated with the GLO (good looking organisation) and adopt this as my "Genre of choice", along with his smooth but technical mixing style, this provided me with lots of inspiration. However my taste has always been from a range of different music from Classical to EDM! In my sets I use a broad array of music so check me out on Infinity Radio.

Hello My name is JoSoFab and I am not a DJ but I consider myself to be a "Curator of Music" on this platform.  I have loved music from very young and there's something about it that has captured my soul.  I grew up in a West Indian household being exposed to 3 genres of music: Hymns, Country Western and Calypso. It was not what other kids my age were listening to but I loved all 3. I loved listening to hymns. It was classical music put to lyrics. It was played on an organ. If the words moved me, I would learn them and sing them exactly the way they did in Church and on the radio. I also sang in my youth choir that I helped to create in my Church. Being Wesleyan Methodist we only sang hymns. Then I was introduced to gospel music through my older Sister and a good friend whose parents were the Reverend and First Lady of their own church. I then opened up our traditional members pallets to a new sound of praise and worship. I loved learning all the parts from soprano to bass and being the director of the youth choir it was a good thing to learn four part harmony. The Hallelujah Chorus was one my favorite hymns that taught me to hear every sound, pitch and break up of the parts. Country and Western for me were songs that told stories. Calypso was the cultural music of my family. My parents were older so my musical taste was before my time. Anything that involves music I was in and I was exposed to plays, I loved TV theme songs and singing commercials. My sister introduced me to another form of music, soul R&B. Dionne Warrick was the first album I listened to with a beautiful black woman on the cover and she had such a beautiful unique toned voice. I then started listening to everything from Jackson 5 to the Osmonds Brother's and everything in between.  The Era of Black radio came of age and from there the music floodgates opened. My personal listening growth outside of the music that was played in my home happened when I was about 10 years old in elementary school in the 70's. I loved listening to Rock and Roll, The Blues, Opera's and Musicals. The rise and fall of Disco, the birth of Hip Hop, R&B and every facet of music that I could soak up. Music is the core of my existence and the love of music for me has been part of my life's journey. I used my musical expertise and became a party promoter. My business partners and I started several party promotion teams. I admired the skill of DJ's and having an ear for music I could hear blends and mixes in my head. I could tell who was great by how they rocked the crowd.  When the pandemic hit that part of my life was over but two things happened: 1)my partner came up with a brilliant plan of getting  NYC DJ's together on one platform to keep them relevant and 2) I was introduced to Zoom Karaoke. There I started to sing again. I was in a couple groups and they could not believe the extent of my musical palette. I could sing so many songs that one of my friends who is a DJ named me Karaoke Joe. On FB we started a page called Sunday Funday and the DJ's would come on that platform and play music. Little did we know what it was going to become. DJ's from all over started to come on and ask to play. Then FB stopped allowing them to perform so we moved to Periscope and became Grown Folks Live (GFL). There we grew fast and again another shut down and we migrated over to Twitch. We continue to grow GFL where I became a mod for quite a few DJ's. One of our GFL Team suggested I become an affiliate and I did just that by playing music from playlists I curated. I started chatting with my followers and they became more than followers they became my Fab Fam. I started creating my platform by showing "The Fam" how much music I have in my head, how many songs I can sing and just my love and passion for music. Since I am not a DJ (even though I have been told I am) I decided to call myself a Musical Mod. I never thought in a million years I would be asked to share my talents through radio on a platform of all DJ's. I am grateful to "The Infinity Radio UK Team" and DJ DogStyle #woof who saw something in me to be a fit for their team, our team. I am so appreciative for the opportunity.  Music is My Life and I want to share my love of it with you my "Fab Fam"!

Aaron James Matson, artistically known as Phyzmic, is a self-educated, independent Drum and Bass producer and DJ based in Anglesey, North Wales. He plays guitar, keyboard and drums and has had a passion for creating music and playing instruments since a very young age, thanks to the influence of his late father who was in a successful local band. He started to use a DAW in 2009 and learned the basics of production and DJ'ing over the following years. He started to take his productions seriously in 2016 when he realized his love for Drum and Bass and decided to start making his own Liquid tracks. After learning and developing his own style of producing, he started a Soundcloud to display his original work and went on to release his Debut 'Fate' and also an EP called 'Hyper Focus' EP after getting signed to a label in 2020. He continues to produce and collaborate with fellow artists and is now a DJ for 'Infinity Radio' hosting a 2 hour Drum and Bass show every week.

DJ Dogstyle

My name is DJ Dogstyle. I started djing in 1983 using a tape deck and 45s. I got my first mixer as a Christmas gift from my parents and using 2 different turntables, started turning out mixed taped for my classmates. While looking for a job after graduating high school, I walked into a Navy recruiter's office. Seeing a guy behind some turntables (ship's radio station) I told the recruiter that's what I wanted to do. Getting stationed in Norfolk, Va. allowed for me to come into a couple of people that would put me in a position to spin at a popular nightclub. After getting transferred to Japan, I was able to really step my game up as I got introduced to DMC and DJ battles. The time spent there taught me much in how to select music, make my own remixes on the fly as well as play things others would not. Fast forward to 2014 I got picked up a NS7 and started back spinning after an 18 year hibernation. I started collecting my 45s in 2016 and started increasing my digital library as well. I now play vinyl sets of funk, R&B, Rap and Classic Rock. My digital set consists of ANYTHING. I like crate digging for vinyl as well as digital music. I can be followed on IG @dj_dogstyle and Twitch @djdogstyle.

Delusional Rhythm

So my journey as a DJ started over 25 years ago whilst listening to Tim Westwood's feature DJ sets and listening to tape packs of DJ hype, Kenny Ken, Doc Scott Etc (basically all the main players at the time). I fell in love with scratching and would play tapes on a ghetto blaster whilst scratching with my vinyl on a seperate hifi stack (basically 2 stereos), needless to say this was not good for the health of my records but hey I was having a blast with my scuffed set up and learning basic movements. A year or 2 later I got hold of my first pair a Technics (not 1200 series) but some model with rotary pitch controls and I think a soundlab or maybe it was a Kam Made 2 Fade mixer (can't remember which one I had first), it was still a budget set up but a step up from using 2 hifi's lol. By this time I had clearly got the bug and was in it for the long term. I have had many set ups including 1210's ,pioneer cdj's many different battle mixers including the original Technics shdj 1200 and Rane's ttm56s. The one thing that never changed during all this time was my love for the music, I have tried my hand at many different genres by nowadays mainly play Drum & Bass and all of it's many sub genres, you may also catch me playing Hip Hop, Breakz or even Garage from time to time, Peace.

DJ Easin E

DJ Easin-E My passion for House music began in the summer of 1983. Although I was born and raised in Chicago, I was away at school when House music blossomed. I was taken to a party, not knowing what to expect, and wow, what a night. I went to a spot called the "Gallery" in the south loop area of Chicago and the DJ that night was Frankie Knuckles. I had no clue who he was, but what a show he put on (when he arrived). At the beginning of the night there were three reel-to-reel tape decks that was actually playing the music. I noticed that they were synched in a way where when one reel stopped, the other would start automatically. When Frankie finally showed (between 2 & 3 am), the party took off. I was so amazed at what I heard and saw, that I just sat there in amazement the entire night. After that night, I was convinced house music and mixing was something I needed to have in my life. My official start to DJing was the following summer, 1984. In 1988, I started a 3-year residency, playing two nights a week, in a club called Diamonds located in the south suburbs of Chicago. There, I actually played a variety of music, (R&B, Rap, Hip-House, and House). A lot of people spin for a living, and I understand that, but I do it for the enjoyment of blending the different sounds and creating good soulful vibes.
